I scheduled a service appointment with Bruner, upon arrival I was greeted promptly and courteously. The service, initial oil and filter changes and tire rotation was completely quickly, total time at the dealership was just over an hour.

Just drove home in our new 2026 Terrain Denali, and we are absolutely thrilled! A huge thank you to the entire team at Bruner Auto. I brought my car in for a service, and tire rotation, I was in and out within about 45 minutes. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating.

The interaction with your salesman was very friendly and professional. He was well versed on the vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions. Fast and painless good service.

We were having trouble with our Chevy pick-up not driving smoothly, in addition to issues with the tire pressure sensors. We brought it in and told Russell what we were expeiencing and he immediately predicted it was a bad tire, which it proved to be! In addition to replacing the tire pressure sensors and getting a new replacement tire, Russell suggested we take a look at the front-end alignment, and we are certainly happy he did; it was totally out of balance and by addressing it, the truck drives just like new. That is why we bring both of our vehicles to Russell for ANY service needs. He looks beyond what we tell him is wrong to find the potential deeper cause....and as a lay person, that is what we look for in SERVICE!!! As always, he went beyond the "obvious" to find the root of any problems. In our opinion, you can't say "Bruner Service" with including Russell!!

I truly believe they messed up my vehicle but per Kyle it’s just “bad luck”. After talking with the community, seems to be a normal occurrence for Bruner. Poor communication - I had to call to stay up to date on my vehicle repair - took 3 weeks. Being out of warranty, I had to specifically ask for PET. Not one mention of it from any of the staff members until I spoke with another Chevrolet dealership informing of such a thing. Bruner will never have my business again

As always, Russell Driskill provided the highest level of quality service. I was running a bit behind for my 2:00 appointment, so I reached out to him to let him know, and he assured me "we'll be ready for you when you get here." And they were; they got my truck in quickly and completed service within 1 hour. Russell reviewed the technician's report and relayed it to me in a "lay person's" user friendly manner of the outcome. I, and I'm sure others, appreciates that he knows his customers are typically not mechanics and he takes the time to inform us in language that is concise and to the point! As I said, the service on my truck was completed with in an hour and waiting for me in the service drop off where I had left it; can't get any better than that. And with a new advisor on deck, I know Russell with be a positive influence in how to provide quality customer service!

A couple of weeks ago, I noticed my Chevy truck was riding extremely rough. Russ Driskill who is a neighbor of ours came by on his day off to give my truck a drive. He was able to ascertain that my tires needed replacements. We scheduled an appointment for May 29. He had the tires in and replaced within a couple of hours.. we also benefited from the last day of the buy three get one free promotion! And as usual, Russ insured that the service techs gave the truck the once over before I left! My wife, and I feel extremely lucky to have Russ as our service advisor; he truly looks out for our vehicles like they were his own!!

Had an oil change completed with check list of vehicle status. There was a check engine light on that was never mentioned. I wasn’t advised at all about what to do about it !! But my vehicle got a clean check. Hmmmm.

I just received my Consumer Reports magazine and I knew what I wanted to look at. Kyle showed me several models and we test drove several. I was broke down and my pickup was an hour away. Here from out of town and a trailer load of horses. Bryan went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Got me going in a new truck and handled everything to go get my old one. Didn't have to worry about a thing. They gave me a great deal on my old truck and financing was the easiest I'd ever experienced! They made a very stressful situation so much better! Thank you all so much!

No issues. Kyle Koho was a great salesman. No BS, no pressure, just straight up. Finance was a little pushy.

The oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection was quick! They even did some warranty work that was scheduled for a later date! Overall great experience. The only complaint I have is that I paid nearly $200 for the oil change, tire rotation and the multi-point inspection and the very next day I received an email with a coupon for all of those services for just $49.95. That one hurt!!! And it expires in 30 days. There is no way I’ll be ready for another oil change that quick. Would definitely love to be able to use that beyond the 30 day window when my next oil change is due.
